Take a Moment
Enjoy the marshlands view and the smell of home-baked
The small Café Kaskelot is run by the museum's caretaker couple. They bake themselves, use ingredients they can vouch for, and let sustainability and the theme of the place influence the selection as much as possible. The menu is not extensive, but they take extra care with their homemade cinnamon rolls, allowing the dough to rise three times. They only bake once a day, so there may be days when they sell out early.
